Why Live Mice
Some snakes and lizards will only eat live food. If yours takes frozen, that's fine, so keep at it. If it won't, that's where Mike comes in.
His mice are bred in the Tucson area, so there's no shipping, no dry ice and no freezer full of mice to manage.

Feeder Mouse Questions
What size mouse should I feed?
Many keepers aim for a mouse that's about 10% of the animal's weight. A 150 g snake would take a mouse around 15 g, which is a Semi-Adult. Not sure? Text Mike and he'll help you pick.
What are hopper mice?
Hoppers are young mice, 7 to 12 g. They're Mike's smallest size. He doesn't sell pinkies or fuzzies.
Can I get a better price on a big order?
Yes. Prices drop 10% at 10 or more, 20% at 25 or more, and 30% at 50 or more. An Adult mouse is $1.80 on its own and $1.25 each at 50 or more, plus Arizona sales tax.
Where can I buy live mice near me?
Mike sells in the Tucson area, including Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, Northwest Tucson, Sahuarita, Vail and South Tucson. Call or text him and he'll set a time and place with you.
Do you have frozen mice?
No. Mike sells live feeder mice only for now.
Are live mice safe for my snake?
Fair worry. A mouse that's too big can hurt a snake. That's why each size lists how big it is, so you can match it to yours. Pick the right size, stay and watch, and take out any mouse your snake doesn't eat. If your snake takes frozen, that's a fine choice too.
